Who is the property manager?

My name is Sean Marriott. I own and personally manage these homes and will be your primary contact. I am easily accessible via email, text, or phone.

Are the properties safe from foreclosure or being sold?

Yes. I have owned these homes for many years and have no intention of selling them. Most of my tenants stay for several years.

How are rent payments collected?

Rent and any applicable utility costs are paid online through Cozy.

Do you allow pets?

Only the property at Yale Drive allows a small dog (see pet requirements) but no cats. No pets are allowed at the other properties.

Do you allow cigarette smoking, marijuana consumption, or growing marijuana plants?

No. This is a violation of the lease and it will be strictly enforced.
